QIWEI JRH3000 electric lift Mulser adopts a specially designed rotor and stator under the high-speed drive of the motor, through high-frequency mechanical effects, the material is subjected to strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing and turbulence in the precision gap, etc., to achieve instant uniform and fine emulsification, crushing and dissolving effects. The machine adopts electric lift mode, and realizes stepless speed regulation through smart frequency conversion controller, and applies digital PID technology to ensure high control accuracy.

Principle
Mulser is driven at high speed by the motor, sucking the material into the rotor through the specially designed rotor and stator, and using the high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing in the precise gap of the stator and rotor. Centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing and turbulence, etc., experience hundreds of thousands of shears in a short time, so as to achieve instant uniform fine emulsification, crushing and dissolving of insoluble materials.
