The Fungilab CV003-102 Capillary Viscometer is a precision measuring instrument based on the Ubbelohde Viscometer principle, using the Ubbelohde DIN size 0a specification, suitable for the determination of liquids in the viscosity range of 1 to 5 cSt.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, use the liquid with known kinematic viscosity as the standard, measure the time it takes to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then measure the time it takes for the sample to flow out of the same Viscometer, and calculate the viscosity of the sample.
