The Fungilab CV003-103 Capillary Viscometer is a viscosity measurement instrument based on the Ubbelohde DIN size I specification for liquids in the viscosity range of 2 to 10 cSt.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, use a liquid with known kinematic viscosity as a standard, measure the time it takes to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then measure the time it takes for the sample to flow out of the same Viscometer, and calculate the viscosity of the sample.
