Overview
Fungilab CV003-114 is a Ubbelohde DIN size IVa Capillary Viscometer for the measurement of the kinematic viscosity of liquids. The instrument is designed based on the principle of capillary method and can accurately determine the viscosity of liquids in the range of 10000 to 50000cSt.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. During the measurement, the standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity is used to measure the time it flows out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then the time it flows out of the sample from the same Viscometer is measured. The viscosity value of the sample can be obtained by calculation.

1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity
