The Fungilab CV004-101 Capillary Viscometer is a precision instrument for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquids, using the Cannon-Fenske Opaque model, size 25, viscosity measurement range 0.5~ 2cSt.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. During the measurement, the time to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer is measured with a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity, and then the time to flow out of the sample from the same Viscometer is measured. The viscosity of the sample is calculated.
