Fungilab CV004-104 is a Cannon-Fenske Opaque Capillary Viscometer, model size 100, with a viscosity measurement range of 3 to 15cSt. The instrument is designed based on the principle of capillary tubing viscosity measurement and is widely used in liquid viscosity determination in many industries.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, first use the liquid with known kinematic viscosity as the standard, measure the time it takes to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then measure the time it takes for the sample to flow out of the same Viscometer, and calculate the viscosity of the sample.

Steps
1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity

6. Measurement of sample outflow time from Viscometer
7. Measurement time based on the sample viscosity
