Overview
Fungilab CV004-105 is a Capillary Viscometer model Cannon-Fenske Opaque size 150 with a viscosity measurement range of 7 to 35cSt. It is based on the principle of liquid flow in capillary tubing and is used to accurately determine the kinematic viscosity of liquids.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, the time to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer is measured with a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity, and then the time to flow out of the sample from the same Viscometer is measured. The viscosity of the sample is calculated.

Steps
1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity
2. Fill the standard liquid into the Capillary Viscometer and measure its outflow time
3. Clean the Viscometer and load the sample to be tested
4. Measurement of sample outflow time from the same Viscometer
5. Calculate the viscosity of the sample according to the outflow time of the standard liquid and the sample
