Overview
The Fungilab CV004-108 Capillary Viscometer is a viscosity measurement instrument based on the Cannon-Fenske Opaque size 350 model for the measurement of the kinematic viscosity of liquids at specific temperatures, with a viscosity measurement range of 100 to 500 cSt.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, the time to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer is measured with a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity, and then the time to flow out of the sample from the same Viscometer is measured. The viscosity of the sample is calculated.

Steps
1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity
2. Time measurement of standard liquid from Capillary Viscometer
3. Prepare the sample to be tested
4. Time measurement of specimen outflow from the same Capillary Viscometer
5. Calculate the viscosity of the sample according to the outflow time of the standard liquid and the sample
