Overview
Fungilab CV006-101 is a Capillary Viscometer, model U-Tube Type BS/U size A, for the measurement of kinematic viscosity of liquids. The product is designed based on the capillary tubing flow principle and is suitable for a variety of industries.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, the outflow time of the standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity is first measured, and then the outflow time of the sample from the same Viscometer is measured, and the viscosity of the sample is calculated.

Steps
1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity
2. Inject the standard liquid into the Capillary Viscometer and measure its outflow time
3. Clean the Viscometer and inject the sample to be tested
4. Measurement of sample outflow time from the same Viscometer
5. Calculate the viscosity of the sample according to the outflow time of the standard liquid and the sample
