Overview
Fungilab CV006-103 is a Capillary Viscometer, model U-Tube Type BS/U size C, with a viscosity measurement range of 6 to 30cSt. The instrument is designed based on the principle of liquid flow in capillary tubing and is suitable for accurate determination of liquid viscosity in a variety of industries.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, use a liquid with known kinematic viscosity as a standard, measure the time it takes to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then measure the time it takes for the sample to flow out of the same Viscometer, and calculate the viscosity of the sample.

Steps
1. Use a standard liquid of known kinematic viscosity to calibrate and measure its time from capillary tubing
2. Inject the sample to be tested into the same Viscometer

4. Calculate the viscosity value of the sample according to the outflow time of the standard liquid and the sample
