Overview
Fungilab CV006-104 is a U-tube Capillary Viscometer, model U-Tube Type BS/U size D, with a viscosity measurement range of 20 to 100cSt. It is designed based on the principle that the flow time of liquids in capillary tubing is proportional to kinematic viscosity, and is suitable for accurate determination of liquid viscosity in a variety of industries.

Principle
At a certain temperature, when the liquid flows in an upright capillary tubing in a state of complete wetting of the tube wall, its kinematic viscosity is proportional to the flow time. When measuring, use a liquid with known kinematic viscosity as a standard, measure the time it takes to flow out of the Capillary Viscometer, and then measure the time it takes for the sample to flow out of the same Viscometer, and calculate the viscosity of the sample.

Steps
1. Prepare a standard liquid with known kinematic viscosity
2. Inject standard liquid into Viscometer and measure its outflow time
3. Washing and drying Viscometers
4. Inject the sample to be tested and measure its outflow time
5. Calculate the viscosity of the sample according to the outflow time of the standard liquid and the sample
