Overview
The Fungilab Viscolead One R is a rotational viscometer for the measurement of dynamic viscosity of liquids. It features a push-button digital explicit design that provides an intuitive display of data including Rotation speed, rotor, viscosity, and percentage of full scale. The instrument supports conversion from SI units to CGS units, and features self-test and user-defined Adjustment for a variety of industrial applications.

Principle
The Viscolead One R calculates dynamic viscosity by measuring the resistance of the liquid to the rotor by rotating the swirl/spin rotor in a liquid. After the user selects the rotor and Rotation speed combination, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the viscosity value, and the unit can be converted.
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination.
3. The instrument automatically calculates the maximum range under this combination.
4. Perform viscosity measurement, the instrument displays Rotation speed, rotor, viscosity and full scale percentage.
5. Optional unit conversion or user-defined calibrating.
6. Use the Self-check function to ensure that the instrument is normal.
Notice
- Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC, 50/60HZ range.
- Conduct self-test before use and pay attention to sound and light alarm reminders.
- When selecting the rotor and Rotation speed combination, pay attention to the range calculated automatically.
- Pay attention to viscosity resolution when measuring: 0.1cP below 10000cP and 1cP above 10000cP.
- Optional Accessories such as small sample size adapters are available upon request.
