Principle
The Working Principle of Automatic Film Applicator is to precisely control the traverse speed of the Spreader head by motor drive, and combine stable mechanical pressure to make the coating applicator (such as bar or drawdown blade) move uniformly and smoothly on the surface of the substrate, so that the coating is uniformly Spreader into a wet-film of predetermined thickness. Its film accuracy is mainly determined by the matching coating applicator (such as imported bar). The machine itself ensures that the speed and pressure parameters of the Spreader process are constant, eliminating the inconsistency of manual operation, and achieving high film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate coating applicator (such as RDS22 bar) according to the experimental requirements and install it on the film machine.
2. Spreader the substrate (such as paper, plastic, etc.) placed flat on the Spreader table.
3. Power on the device and set the appropriate Spreader speed through the control panel according to the experimental requirements.
4. Spreader the sample in front of the coating applicator.
5. Start the Spreader program, and the Film Applicator will automatically complete the Spreader process at the set speed and pressure.
6. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before operation to ensure the correct installation and use of the coating applicator (such as bar).
• Ensure that the substrate is placed flat on the Spreader table. For paper materials that are not easy to flat, it is recommended to use Vacuum chuck type equipment.
• For breathable materials such as fabrics, there is no need to select the Vacuum chuck function when Spreader.
• Select the appropriate Film Applicator type (e.g. bar type, drawdown blade type, heated type, vacuum type or a combination thereof) based on sample characteristics (e.g. whether heating is required, particle size, viscosity, film thickness requirements).
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the moving parts area while the equipment is running.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment, especially coating applicators and coating tables, to ensure film accuracy and equipment life.
• If you need special thickness of Spreader or use special functions (such as heating, vacuum), please confirm the equipment configuration in advance or contact customer service for customization.
