The Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. The device can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples, which is favored by many companies, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges. This Automatic film applicator comes standard with an imported OSP5 rod for battery Stock Preparative 5 micron thick wet-film.

Principle
The Automatic film applicator controls the speed and pressure of the Spreader, and combines the action of Mayer Rods (Applicator) to prepare a wet-film of a specified thickness on the substrate. The Spreader effect is jointly determined by the Coater and the bar, where the inlet bar determines the High Accuracy of the film.
