Overview
The Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, which can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. The device comes standard with an imported RDS No. 9 bar for preparing wet-film with a thickness of 20.6 microns.

Principle
The Automatic film applicator drives the bar to move uniformly on the substrate surface by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure, thereby uniformly Spreader the coating into a wet-film of a specific thickness. The film accuracy is mainly determined by the specifications of the bar.

Spreader experiments such as polymer film prepatives in R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, and corporate laboratories.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate bar according to the required film thickness and install it.
2. Place the substrate to be Spreader flat on the Spreader table.
3. Apply an appropriate amount of paint to one end of the substrate.
4. Set the appropriate Spreader speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device and bar will move at a constant speed to complete the Spreader.
6. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• Vacuum chuck type Coater should not be used because of its vapor transmission rate.
• For paper materials that are not easy to smooth, it is recommended to use Vacuum chuck Coater to ensure Spreader effect.
• The coating speed range is 5~ 180mm/s, and the speed below 5mm/s can be customized.
• The equipment can be customized according to the needs of jet system device, UV curing device, automatic inking system and other functions.
