The Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, which can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. The device comes standard with an imported RDS 7 bar for Screen Printing inks Spreader 16 micron thick wet-film.

Principle
The Automatic film applicator controls the speed and pressure of the Spreader and combines the accuracy of Mayer Rods (Applicator) to prepare a wet-film with a specified thickness on the substrate. The experimental film effect is the result of the joint action of Coater and bar.

Notice
• The fabric has a vapor transmission rate, no need to choose a vacuum type.
• Vacuum chuck type is required for papers that are not easy to smooth.
