Overview
TBJ-X3 + OSP-150/400 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator, all imported accessories, low price, favored by many multinational R & D institutions, well-known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. The device ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the glue application effect of the Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. It is designed to solve the problem of inconsistency caused by the difference in speed and pressure of the artificial film, and significantly improve the reproducibility of the film. This machine comes standard with imported OSP bar, which is used to scrape 150 μm thick food film.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a motor to achieve uniform linear motion of the Spreader head. The film effect is determined by the Coater and the film applicator (such as bar or drawdown blade). The device applies the coating evenly to the surface of the substrate placed on the Spreader stage by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator, resulting in a wet-film coating of uniform thickness and high reproducibility.

Notice
* The fabric has a vapor transmission rate, so there is no need to choose a vacuum type when selecting the model.
* For paper materials that are not easy to level, it is recommended to choose Vacuum chuck type equipment to ensure that the Spreader is flat.
* The film accuracy is determined by the Coater and bar together, and the imported bar can achieve film accuracy up to 0.1 μm.
