Overview
The multi-tube vortex mixer is a laboratory instrument that cleverly combines oscillation and vortex. It is suitable for multi-sample vortex oscillation operation, making the experiment more convenient and fast. It can be equipped with a variety of accessories, with built-in three operation modes of point movement, linkage and timing to meet the needs of different specifications of testtube vortex mixing.
Features
1. Up to 50 samples can be mixed at a time. A variety of accessories can be selected to meet the needs of testtube vortex mixing of different specifications.
2. The window displays the speed and time.
3. Standard 12mm foam tuberack, tray pad.
Principle
The multi-tube vortex mixer combines oscillation and vortex motion to achieve rapid mixing of samples. Built-in three operation modes of point movement, linkage and timing, users can set Rotation speed and time parameters according to needs, and the instrument automatically performs the mixing process.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply and turn it on.
2. Rotation speed setting: After booting, the display Rotation speed window defaults to 2500 rpm, and the required Rotation speed can be set by adjusting or lowering the key (the increase or decrease of Rotation speed is 10 rpm).
3. Time setting: After booting, the display time window defaults to 10 minutes, and the required time can be set by raising or lowering the key (the time increase or decrease value is adjusted from 1 minute).
4. After the instrument stops running, turn off the switch and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
Notice
• After the instrument stops running, be sure to turn off the switch and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Select the appropriate foam tuberack according to the testtube specifications to ensure the mixing effect.
• When setting the Rotation speed and time, pay attention to adjusting the step size (Rotation speed starts at 10 rpm, and the time starts at 1 minute).
