Overview
The MUXUAN three-stage emulsification pump MXR-18.5-3 is a pipeline-type high-shear homogeneous Mulser, suitable for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to run at high speed, and the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed by mechanical external force to achieve uniform distribution. It achieves the effect of refining and homogenizing and dispersing emulsification to form a stable emulsion. The equipment has low noise, smooth operation and no dead ends. The material is 100% dispersed and shears, and has the function of short-distance and low-lift transportation.

Principle
The three-stage pipeline type high-shear Mulser adopts a horizontal structure, and the working cavity is equipped with three groups of rotating stators, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism, with dual coupling and high coordination of the rotating stator. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed to form a vacuum, and the material is sucked from the inlet to turn the stator cavity. The high linear speed of the rotor makes the material pass through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the gaps, and then fly out. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated, which flows out from the outlet and can be operated in multiple cycles.
Applications
Biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving additives, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries product materials dispersion, emulsification homogenization; applicable materials include solid and liquid, liquid and liquid mixed to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals, etc.
Steps
1. Connect the equipment inlet and outlet to ensure good sealing.
2. Start the motor and adjust the Rotation speed to the required range through the frequency converter.
3. The material is sucked from the inlet, and the high-speed dispersion emulsification process is carried out in the rotating stator cavity.
4. The processed material flows out of the outlet and can be recycled multiple times as required.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the motor and perform cleaning and maintenance.
