Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-37-3 three-stage emulsification pump is a pipeline-type high-shear homogeneous Mulser, which is suitable for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The equipment drives the rotor to run at high speed through the motor, so that the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and uniform distribution is achieved. It achieves the effect of refining homogenization and dispersing emulsification to form a stable emulsion. The front stage can be configured with a feeding pump, which is suitable for medium and high viscosity materials. It has the functions of low noise, smooth operation, no dead angle, 100% of the materials pass through the dispersion shear effect, and short distance and low head transportation.

Principle
The three-stage pipeline type high-shear Mulser adopts a horizontal structure, and the working cavity is equipped with three groups of rotating stators, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism. The rotating stator is dual-coupled and highly coordinated. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the cavity from the inlet. Strong kinetic energy generates high linear velocity, so that the material can be sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating stator gaps. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated, which flows out from the outlet and can be operated for multiple cycles.

Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the rotor to run at high speed.
