Overview
Pipeline type high shear homogenization Mulser is an efficient equipment for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The MUXUAN MXR-75-3 three-stage emulsification pump drives the rotor to run at high speed through the motor. It uses mechanical external force to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, and realizes the uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refining homogenization and dispersing emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion. The equipment has low noise, smooth operation and no dead ends. The material can be 100% dispersed through shear action, and has short-distance and low-lift transportation functions.
Features
1. Strong self-priming ability, continuous dispersion emulsification effect is good.
2. Rotation speed can reach 3000 rpm, which can be adjusted by energy-saving and environmentally friendly frequency converter.
3. Stainless steel body design and manufacture, optional SIEMENS motor, optional stainless steel motor cover.
4. The rotating stator is made of CNC machining of whole forging material, with high accuracy and high line speed.
5. Double mechanical sealing design, no leakage, reduce maintenance costs; jacket chilled down design makes the machine can run for a long time.
6. Various connection methods (such as flanges, quick connections, etc.) can be provided according to actual needs, products suitable for special pressure and special temperature environment can be customized, and imported pressure buffering and mechanical sealing water shortage protection system can be selected.
Principle
The three-stage pipeline type high-shear Mulser adopts a horizontal structure. Three groups of rotating stators are installed in the narrow and long working chamber. The rotating stator can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism. The rotating stator is dual-coupled and highly coordinated. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotating stator cavity from the inlet. The powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate a high linear speed, so that the material passes through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating and stator gaps. Under the action of a variety of different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. This process can be operated for multiple cycles.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries.
