Overview
The bottom-of-the-kettle Mulser is a pulverized emulsification homogenizer installed at the bottom of the Reaction Kettle, which can effectively solve the problem of bottom-of-the-kettle deposits, crush, emulsify, mix, homogenize and disperse the material. The device can be combined with different Stirrer forms to achieve multi-purpose, suitable for a wide range of viscosity and temperature, and can be customized for vacuum, explosion-proof or pressure conditions.
Features
1. It can solve the problem of sediment at the bottom of the kettle, and crush, emulsification, mixing, homogenization and dispersion of the bottom material.
2. It can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose in one machine.
3. Equipment suitable for viscosity, Temperature range.
4. Can be customized for vacuum (100mbar), explosion-proof (ATEX), pressure conditions.
5. Suitable for installation at the bottom of open or closed containers, it can be used for mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other processes, and can be cleaned intermittently.
6. The power supply is 380V, 50/60Hz.
7. Contact materials can be selected from 304/316L, and special materials can be customized.
8. The sealing form can be selected from PTFE, skeleton sealing, and double-ended mechanical sealing.
Principle
Under the action of strong centrifugal force, the mulser at the bottom of the kettle throws the material from the radial into the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The material is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, which initially disperses emulsification. The outer end of the high-speed swirl/spin rotor generates high linear velocity, forming strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, impact and tear, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed, and ejected through the stator groove. The ejected material changes the flow direction under the resistance of the container wall, and at the same time, under the axial suction generated by the rotor area, two strong flipping turbulence flows are formed up and down. The material goes through several cycles to complete the process of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and mixing wet materials.
Applications
Biology, Food, Coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, Cosmetics, Lubricants, Pesticides
Steps
1. According to the process requirements, install the equipment at the bottom of an open or closed container.
2. Connect the power supply (380V, 50/60Hz).
3. Start the equipment, and the material enters the working area for processing under centrifugal force.
4. During the processing, the material undergoes dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, mixing and other processes.
5. During the intermittent processing of each batch of materials, cleaning can be carried out.
Notice
• The equipment is suitable for normal pressure, vacuum and pressure conditions, please choose or customize according to specific working conditions.
• The equipment is suitable for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, dissolving and suspension processes.
The material in contact with the material is 304/316L. If the material has special corrosion requirements, special materials need to be customized.
• There are various options for sealing forms (PTFE, skeleton sealing, double-ended mechanical sealing), and the appropriate sealing needs to be selected according to the process medium and working conditions.
• Be aware of the strong shearing force and turbulence generated by the equipment when operating.
• When cleaning intermittently, make sure the equipment is stopped and the power is disconnected.
