Overview
The bottom-of-the-kettle Mulser is a pulverized emulsification homogenizer installed at the bottom of the Reaction Kettle, which can solve the problem of bottom-of-the-kettle sediment, crush, emulsification, mixing, homogenizing, dispersing and other treatments of the material. The device can be combined with different Stirrers to achieve multi-purpose, suitable for viscosity, Temperature range, and can be customized for vacuum, explosion-proof, and pressure conditions.
Features
1. It can solve the problem of sediment at the bottom of the kettle and realize various treatments such as crushing, emulsification, mixing, homogenization and dispersion.
2. It can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose in one machine.
3. Equipment suitable for viscosity, Temperature range.
4. Can be customized for vacuum (100mbar), explosion-proof (ATEX), pressure conditions.
5. It is suitable for installation at the bottom of open or closed containers, and can be cleaned intermittently during each batch of material handling.
Principle
The bottom of the kettle Mulser generates a strong centrifugal force through a high-speed swirl/spin rotor, which throws the material from the radial into the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The material is initially dispersed and emulsified by centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces. The outer end of the rotor produces a high-speed linear velocity, forming strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, and impact tearing, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed, and ejected through the stator groove. The ejected material changes the flow direction under the resistance of the container wall, and at the same time forms two strong turbulent flows up and down under the axial suction generated by the rotor region. The material goes through several cycles to complete the process of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and mixing wet materials.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries
Standards
Explosion-proof (ATEX)
Steps
1. According to the process requirements, install the equipment at the bottom of an open or closed container.
2. Connect the power supply (380V, 50/60Hz).
3. Start the equipment, and the material is dispersed, emulsified, and homogenized under the action of a high-speed swirling/spinning rotor.
4. During the intermittent processing of each batch of materials, perform cleaning work.
Notice
Equipment contact material is usually 304/316L, and special materials need to be customized.
• The sealing form can be selected from PTFE, skeleton sealing or double-ended mechanical sealing, which needs to be selected according to the working conditions.
• Suitable for atmospheric pressure, vacuum and pressure conditions, it needs to be configured according to specific process requirements.
• Suitable for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, dissolving, suspension and other processes.
• The power supply specification is 380V, 50/60Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
