Overview
The bottom-of-the-kettle Mulser is a pulverized emulsification homogenization device installed at the bottom of the Reaction Kettle, which can solve the problem of bottom-of-the-kettle sediment, crush, emulsification, mixing, homogenizing, dispersing and other treatments of the material. The equipment can be combined with different Stirrers to achieve multi-purpose, suitable for viscosity, Temperature range, and can be customized for vacuum, explosion-proof, pressure conditions.

Principle
Under the strong centrifugal force, the mulser at the bottom of the kettle throws the material from the radial into the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor, and the material is initially dispersed and emulsified by centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces. The outer end of the high-speed swirl/spin rotor generates high linear velocity, forming strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, impact and tear, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and ejected through the stator groove. The ejected material changes the flow direction under the resistance of the container wall, and at the same time forms a strong turning turbulence under the axial suction generated by the rotor region. The material goes through several cycles to complete the process of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing wet materials.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, install the equipment at the bottom of an open or closed container.
2. Connect the power supply (380V, 50/60Hz).
3. Start the equipment, and the material enters the working area for processing under centrifugal force.
4. The material is processed after dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and other processes.
5. During the intermittent processing of each batch of materials, perform cleaning work.
Notice
Equipment contact material is usually 304/316L, and special materials need to be customized.
• The sealing form of the equipment can be selected from PTFE, skeleton sealing, and double-ended mechanical sealing, which needs to be selected according to the working conditions.
• The equipment is suitable for various working conditions such as atmospheric pressure, vacuum, and pressure resistance, and the conditions of use need to be clear.
• When operating, please pay attention to the high line speed generated by the equipment to ensure safety protection.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of vulnerable parts such as seals.
