Overview
MS-E Series Laboratory Vacuum Homogenization Mulser is a Modular device under the MUXUAN brand, model MS-E1. The standard Processing capacity of this equipment covers 0.5L to 10L, and can realize various processes such as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing of materials in vacuum or pressure environments. It is suitable for cream preparation, polymer coalescence, synthesis reactions, and other applications.

Principle
The equipment generates a strong shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin Homogenizer head (Rotation speed up to 28000rpm) to disperse, emulsify, homogenize and mix materials in a vacuum or pressure environment. At the same time, it can be combined with modules such as stirring system (anchor scraping Impeller) and temperature control system (water bath, oil bath circulation heating) to realize more complex processes.
Applications
Dispersion, stirring, homogeneous emulsification, reaction, fermentation, cream preparation, polymer coalescence, synthesis reaction, juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals, etc.
Steps
1. According to the process requirements, choose and combine the corresponding system modules (e.g. vacuum system, temperature control system, etc.).
2. Add the material to the sandwich container to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the allowable range of the equipment (minimum Processing capacity 500ml).
3. Adjust the Homogenizer head to the appropriate height through the electric lift system.
4. Rotation speed (10~ 230rpm) and homogeneous Rotation speed (10000~ 28000rpm) are set as required.
5. If heating or vacuum environment is required, start the corresponding system (such as heating cycle, vacuum to -0.09Mpa).
6. Start the equipment and perform process operations such as dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
7. After the process is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning through the quick disassembly and assembly function.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 100000cp.
Ambient Temperature should be between 5 and 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
* Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before use.
* When operating, please ensure that the Processing capacity is not less than the minimum Processing capacity of 500ml.
* The maximum operating temperature during heating shall not exceed 120 ° C.
Equipment has overload protection, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
