Principle
The equipment generates high shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin homogeneous working head in a vacuum or pressure environment to strongly disperse, crush and mix the material to achieve homogeneous emulsification. At the same time, it can be combined with stirring, temperature control, vacuum and other systems to complete complex processes.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, choose and connect the corresponding module system (such as Reaction Kettle, vacuum, temperature control, etc.).
2. Add the material to the processing container to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the capacity of the equipment (minimum Processing capacity 1000ml, standard Processing capacity 2000mL).
3. Set the appropriate emulsification Homogenizer Rotation speed (10000~ 28000rpm) and Stirrer Rotation speed (10~ 230rpm) according to the material characteristics (such as viscosity).
4. If you need a vacuum or heating environment, start the corresponding system (up to vacuum -0.09Mpa, the maximum operating temperature is 120 °).
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other processes.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the equipment, use the electric lifting system (Travel 250mm) to raise the working head, and remove the material.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed the maximum processing viscosity of the equipment of 100000cp.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
• Ambient Temperature of the equipment should be between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Pay attention to the overload protection function during operation to avoid overloading the equipment.
• The contact material part is made of SUS316L stainless steel + PTEF + borosilicate Glass, and the compatibility needs to be confirmed according to the nature of the material.
