Principle
In a homogeneous pot in a vacuum state, new interfaces are continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame, and then cut, compressed, and folded by the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the materials are mixed and flowed to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Homogenizer quickly crushes the material into 200nm~ 2μm particles through the shearing, Impact, turbulence and other functions generated by the high-speed swirl/spin rotor and stator to complete the process of emulsification and dispersion. The bubbles generated during the stirring process are pumped away in time by the vacuum system. After the homogenization is completed, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve.

Steps
1. Add the water phase and oil phase materials to the corresponding pot respectively.
2, through the vacuum system, the material is sucked into the emulsification pot in a vacuum state.
3. Start the heating system and set the required temperature to heat the material.
4. Start homogeneous stirring and/or blading stirring as needed to carry out processes such as dispersion and emulsification.
5, during the process, the vacuum system continues to work to remove bubbles.
6. If you need to chill down, add cold water to the interlayer.
7. After the process is completed, raise the lid through the electric lifting device, and press the pour button or discharge the material through the bottom valve.
