Principle
The material is continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame in the homogeneous pot, and then cut, compressed and folded through the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the material is mixed and flowed to the Homogenizer under the pot body. Through the shearing, Impact, turbulence and other actions generated between the rotor and the stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is quickly crushed into particles of 200nm~ 2μm. In the vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process are pumped away in time, and the material can be discharged through the dumping or bottom valve after the homogenization is completed.

Steps
1. Add the water phase and oil phase materials to the corresponding pot respectively.
2, the material is sucked into the emulsification pot in a vacuum state through the vacuum pipe.
3, set the heating temperature, start the heating system to heat the material.
4. Start homogenizing stirring and/or blading stirring to disperse, homogenize, and emulsify materials.
5. After the process is completed, the material can be chilled down by introducing cold water into the interlayer.
6. After homogenization is completed, raise the lid and discharge the material by pouring the button or opening the pan valve and pressure valve.
