Principle
In the vacuum emulsification pot, the material is continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame, and cut, compressed and folded by the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the material is mixed and flows to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Between the rotor and stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is quickly crushed into 200nm~ 2μm particles by shearing, Impact, turbulence, etc., to complete the process of emulsification and dispersion. The bubbles generated during the stirring process are pumped away in time, and after the homogenization is completed, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve.

Steps
1. Add the water phase and oil phase materials to the corresponding pot respectively.
2, through the vacuum suction function of the material into the emulsification pot.
3, set the heating temperature, start the heating system to heat the material.
4. Start homogeneous stirring and/or paddle stirring for emulsification and dispersion as needed.
5, during the processing, the vacuum system continues to work to remove bubbles.
6. After the processing is completed, the material can be discharged by hydraulic lifting and dumping or opening the pot bottom valve.
7, if you need to chill down, you can put cold water into the interlayer.
Notice
• Make sure you are familiar with all functions and control parameters before operating the equipment.
• Material addition should be carried out within the working volume allowed by the equipment, and the working volume of the emulsification pot is 120L.
• Do not exceed the set Temperature range when heating, and pay attention to the operation status of the Automatic Control system.
• Homogenizer Rotation speed can be adjusted in the range of 0~ 2800rpm according to process requirements.
• Equipment lifting adopts hydraulic mode, please pay attention to safety when operating.
When cleaning, please pay attention to the stainless steel parts in contact with the material to maintain their mirror finish and hygiene.
• When discharging, choose the dumping or valve discharge method according to the process, and ensure the safety of the operation area.
