Features

Principle
In the emulsification pot in a vacuum state, new interfaces are continuously generated through the scraper on the stirring frame, and cut, compressed and folded through the frame Stirrer and reverse stirring blade, so that the materials are mixed and flowed to the Homogenizer below the pot body. In the Homogenizer, the materials are quickly crushed into 200nm~ 2μm particles through the strong shearing, Impact and turbulence generated between the high-speed swirl/spin rotor and the stator to complete the process of emulsification and dispersion. The vacuum environment can remove the bubbles generated during the stirring process in time. After the homogenization is completed, the material can be directly discharged by hydraulic lifting and dumping or opening the pot bottom valve.

Steps
