Principle
The material is continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame in the homogeneous pot, and then cut, compressed and folded by the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the material is mixed and flowed to the Homogenizer under the pot body. Through the shearing, Impact, turbulence and other actions generated between the rotor and the stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is quickly crushed into particles of 200nm~ 2μm. In the vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process are pumped away in time to complete the homogeneous emulsification process.

Steps
1. Suction the materials in the water pot and oil pot into the emulsification pot in a vacuum state through the conveyor pipe.
2. Set the heating temperature and heat the material through the emulsification pot interlayer heat conducting medium.
3. Start homogeneous stirring and/or paddle stirring as required.
4. The material completes the process of particulate, emulsification and mixing under the action of Homogenizer.
5. After homogenization, you can raise the lid and press the pour button to discharge the material, or open the pot bottom valve and pressure valve to discharge the material directly.
6. If you need to chill down, add cold water to the interlayer.
