Principle
In the emulsification pot in a vacuum state, new interfaces are continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame, and the materials are cut, compressed and folded through the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the materials are mixed and flow to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Under the action of shear, Impact and turbulence generated between the high-speed swirl/spin rotor and the stator, the materials are quickly crushed into 200nm~ 2μm particles to complete the emulsification, dispersion and other processes. The vacuum environment removes the bubbles generated by stirring in time, and after the homogenization is completed, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve.

Steps
1. Suction the materials in the water phase pot and the oil phase pot into the emulsification pot by vacuum suction.
2. Set the heating temperature and start the interlayer heating system to automatically control the heating of the material.
3. Start homogenizing stirring and/or blading stirring as needed to disperse, homogenize, and emulsify materials.
4, during the process, the vacuum system continues to work to remove bubbles.
5. After the process is completed, raise the lid through the hydraulic lifting system, and use the dumping function or open the pot bottom valve and pressurized valve for discharge.
6, if you need to chill down, you can access cold water in the interlayer.
