Principle
The material is continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame in the homogeneous pot, and then cut, compressed and folded through the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the material is mixed and flowed to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Through the shearing, Impact, turbulence and other actions generated between the rotor and the stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is quickly crushed into particles of 200nm~ 2μm. In the vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process are pumped away in time. After the homogenization is completed, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve.

Steps
1. Add the water phase and oil phase materials to the corresponding pot respectively.
2, the material is sucked into the emulsification pot through the vacuum system.
3, set the heating temperature, start the heating system to heat the material.
4. Start the mixing system (homogenization stirring and/or blade stirring) for emulsification.
5. According to the needs of the process, cold water can be connected to chill down the material.
6. After the homogenization emulsification is completed, pour the pot body through the hydraulic lifting system or open the pot bottom valve for discharge.

Before running the equipment, check whether the components are in good condition and whether the electrical control is reliable.
• During operation, ensure that the vacuum system works normally and remove bubbles in the material in time.
• Pay attention to temperature control during heating and chilling down to avoid overheating or uneven chilling down of materials.
