Principle
In the vacuum emulsification pot, the material is continuously generated by the scraper on the stirring frame, and is cut, compressed and folded by the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade. After mixing, it flows to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Between the rotor and stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is subjected to shearing, Impact and turbulence, and is quickly crushed into 200nm~ 2μm particles to complete the process of emulsification and dispersion. The vacuum environment can remove the bubbles generated by stirring in time. After homogenization, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve and pressure valve.

Steps
