Features

Principle
In the emulsification pot in a vacuum state, new interfaces are continuously generated through the scraper on the stirring frame, and shearing, compression and folding are carried out by the frame Stirrer and the reverse stirring blade, so that the material is mixed and flows to the Homogenizer below the pot body. Under the action of shearing, Impact and turbulence generated between the rotor and the stator of the high-speed swirl/spin, the material is quickly crushed into 200nm~ 2μm particles to complete the process of emulsification, mixing and dispersion. The vacuum environment can remove the bubbles generated during the stirring process in time. After the homogenization is completed, the material can be discharged by pouring or opening the pot bottom valve and pressure valve.

Steps
1. Add the water phase and oil phase materials to the corresponding pot respectively.
2, the material is sucked into the emulsification pot in a vacuum state through the vacuum pipe.
3. Set the heating temperature, start heating and stirring (scraper stirring, homogeneous stirring can be used alone or at the same time) for homogeneous emulsification.
4. After the material processing is completed, cold water can be connected to chill down.
5. After homogenization, raise the lid and press the pour button, or open the pan valve and pressure valve for discharge.
