The 721G-100 visible spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument of the SHANGFEN brand. It uses microprocessor control technology to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in the visible Light spectrum. Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of selective absorption of light by matter (Lambert-Beer's law). After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by a monochromator (holographic blazing grating), it becomes monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution under test, part of the light is absorbed. The transmitted light is received and converted into an electrical signal by the Detector (imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell), which is processed by a microprocessor system, and finally the light transmitance (T) or Absorbance (A) value is directly displayed on the LCD display, so as to realize qualitative or quantitative analysis.
