Overview
This series of visible spectrophotometer adopts microprocessor control technology to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in the visible Light spectrum region. It is a multi-purpose analytical instrument required by conventional laboratories.

Principle
Based on the principle of selective absorption of visible light by substances (i.e. Lambert-Beer's law), the instrument analyzes the composite light emitted by the light source into monochromatic light through a monochromator, irradiates the sample solution, detectors measure the intensity of transmitted light, and directly displays the transmittance, Absorbance or concentration through the microcomputer system, so as to realize the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substance.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set the required analysis wavelength.
3. Put the reference solution and the solution to be tested into the Colorimetric dish respectively.
4. Use the automatic adjustment function to calibrate 0% (T) and 100% (T) respectively.
5. Put in the sample to be tested, make a measurement and read the data (Transmittance, Absorbance or concentration).
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and direct exposure to strong light.
* Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned before and after use, and the transparent surface should be kept clean and free of marks.
* When measuring, make sure that the Colorimetric dish is in the same position in the light path.
* After starting the machine, it needs to be preheated for a period of time, and the measurement will be carried out after the instrument is stable.
* Power supply voltage requirement is AC220V +/- 22V, frequency 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
When the instrument is not in use, turn off the power and cover it with a dust cover.
