Principle
The 722N visible spectrophotometer is designed based on a single beam of light. Its core is a self-collimating monochromator, which uses a holographic blazing grating to disperse the composite light emitted by the light source (imported tungsten halogen lamp) into monochromatic light. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample, it is received and converted into an electrical signal by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector, and then processed by a microcomputer measurement system, and finally the light transmitance (T), Absorbance (A) or concentration (C) values are displayed on the touch screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set or select the desired wavelength.
3. Put in the reference solution and use the automatic 100% T function.
4. Put in the blank solution and use the automatic 0% T function.
5. Put the sample to be tested for measurement.
6. Select the concentration direct reading or dynamic scanning mode for data reading and analysis as required.
7. Data can be exported or stored through the USB interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V and frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
* The instrument is equipped with a 1cm Colorimetric dish holder as standard. When using a Miscellaneous specification Colorimetric dish (such as the optional 5cm Colorimetric dish holder), attention should be paid to the adaptation and calibrating.
* To ensure measurement accuracy, please perform regular calibration of Wavelength Precision and Photometric Precision.
* Optical inspection components are protected to avoid dust contamination.
The instrument adopts automatic light gate technology, which does not require additional occlusion during operation, but should still avoid direct exposure to strong light.
