Principle
The 722S visible spectrophotometer works based on the principle of selective absorption of light by substances. The composite light emitted by the light source is split by a C-T monochromator (including Holographic grating and aspherical mirror) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is received and converted into an electrical signal by the imported integrated solid silicon detector, and then processed by V/F conversion and microprocessor, and finally the transmittance, Absorbance or concentration value of the sample is calculated.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set the wavelength according to the test requirements.
3. Put in the reference solution and use the automatic 100% T function.
4. Put in the blank solution and use the automatic 0% T function.
5. Put in the sample to be tested, read or record the transmittance, Absorbance or concentration data.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
The instrument should be placed in a stable, drying, no strong electromagnetic interference environment.
• Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz before use.
• Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned before and after use, and the light-transmitting surface should not be directly touched by hand.
• Preheating is required after startup, and measurement is carried out after the instrument is stable.
• When automatically adjusting 0% T and 100% T, make sure that the Colorimetric dish holder is positioned correctly and the solution is correct.
When connecting an external device (e.g. a computer), make sure the interface matches and install the appropriate driver or software.
• When the instrument malfunctions, it is recommended to contact a professional or use its modular design for repair.
• When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and take dust-proof measures.
