Overview
The 722G visible spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument of the SHANGFEN brand. It adopts microprocessor control technology to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in the visible Light spectrum region. It is a multi-purpose analytical instrument commonly used in conventional laboratories.
Features
1. The holographic blazing grating monochromator has the advantages of high wavelength accuracy, good monochromaticity and low stray light.
2. Adopt backlit LCD display to avoid reading errors in pointer display.
3. Using microcomputer measurement system, T-A conversion accuracy is high, with automatic adjustment of 0% (T) and adjustment of 100% (T), concentration factor setting, concentration direct reading function.
4. High measurement accuracy, good reproducibility and Stability.
5. Using automatic light gate technology, no blackbody is required, which can protect the photoelectric Sensor.
Principle
The instrument works based on the absorption characteristics of visible light by substances. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a holographic blazing grating monochromator to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, part of the light is absorbed, and the transmitted light is received by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector and converted into an electrical signal. The microprocessor system processes the electrical signal to achieve accurate measurement of light transmitance (T) and Absorbance (A), and can be set for direct reading of concentration.
Applications
Conventional laboratory qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set the required analysis wavelength.
3. Put the reference solution into the light path and press the auto-adjust 100% (T) or 0% (T) key.
4. Put the sample to be tested into the optical path and read the display data (light transmitance T, Absorbance A or direct reading concentration).
5. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration.
• It needs to be preheated and stabilized before use.
• Colorimetric dishes should be kept clean and cannot be touched directly by hand.
• When changing the sample, wipe the outside of the Colorimetric dish with a wiperfor lens.
When the instrument is not in use, turn off the power and cover it with a dust cover.
• Power supply voltage requirement is AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
