Principle
The 7230G visible spectrophotometer works based on a single beam of light Optical inspection system. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a self-collimating monochromator (using a holographic blazing grating) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is received by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector and converts the optical signal into an electrical signal. The microcomputer measurement system processes the signal to realize High Accuracy conversion and measurement of light transmitance (T), Absorbance (A) and concentration (C).
Applications
Daily analysis, scientific research
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Measurement mode (such as light transmitance, Absorption or concentration) is selected via the touchscreen.
3. Set the measurement wavelength.
4. Put in the reference solution and perform the operation of automatically adjusting 100% T (or adjusting 0Abs).
5. Put in the sample solution and take the measurement reading.
6. For concentration measurement, a standard Linear dispersion should be established first (linear regression or coefficient method can be used).
7. The measurement data can be printed through the built-in thermal printer or exported through the USB interface.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench to avoid direct sunlight.
* Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V and frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
After starting the machine, an appropriate amount of preheating is required to ensure the stability of the light source.
* Colorimetric dishes should be kept clean, do not use direct contact with hands.
* When measuring, make sure that the Colorimetric dish is properly placed in the Colorimetric dish rack (standard 5cm size).
* The instrument adopts automatic light door technology, do not forcibly block or manually interfere with the light door operation during operation.
When replacing the light source (imported 12V 20W halogen tungsten lamp) or performing maintenance, please be sure to disconnect the power supply.
* When not in use for a long time, it should be turned on regularly to maintain the performance of the instrument.
