Overview
The N2S visible spectrophotometer is a cost-effective instrument that combines ARM processing cores with automatic wavelength technology, providing fast testing speed and rich functions. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples in the visible Light spectrum in routine laboratories.
Features
1. With a 7-inch color touch screen, human-machine interaction is concise and efficient, and test data and scan results are clearly displayed.
2. Equipped with USB communication port, optional UVwin8 visible Light spectrum software, support data graph processing, mass storage and secondary development.
3. With full-band scanning (limited to S type), sub-band scanning (limited to S type), dynamic time scanning, automatic wavelength, linear regression, concentration direct reading, peak and valley detection and timing printing and other functions.
4. Adopt professional power-off protection measures to memorize detection data, scan patterns (limited to S type), regression equations and instrument parameters, and achieve fast initialization.
5. Adopt automatic light gate technology, no need for blackbody, effectively protect the photoelectric Sensor.
Principle
The instrument uses a single beam of light Optical inspection system and a self-collimating monochromator, the light emitted by the light source after the grating splitting, the formation of a specific wavelength of monochromatic light through the sample, received by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector and converted into electrical signals, processed by the ARM core, and finally displayed on the touch screen light transmitance, Absorption or concentration and other results.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set parameters such as wavelength through the touch screen.
3. Put in the reference solution for zeroing (100% T).
4. Put the sample to be tested for measurement.
5. Read or record the test results displayed on the screen.
6. Optional software for data storage or further analysis.
Notice
• The instrument uses AC220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz power supply, rated power 100W, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The instrument comes standard with a 1cm Colorimetric dish holder and a built-in thermal printer.
• Full-band scanning, sub-band scanning, scanning speed adjustment and advanced functions such as Baseline flatness and Baseline drift are limited to S models.
• Optional UVwin8 Visible Light spectrum software or Miscellaneous Colorimetric dish holders to meet specific needs.
• The instrument adopts an imported 12V 20W halogen tungsten lamp as the light source, please pay attention to maintenance.
• Do not block or contaminate the light path system to ensure measurement accuracy.
