5. Equipped with professional power-off protection measures, it can memorize detection data, scan patterns, regression equations, and instrument correction parameters to achieve fast initialization.
6. Adopt automatic light gate technology, no need for blackbody, effectively protect the photoelectric Sensor.
7. Optical inspection system adopts single beam of light design, equipped with imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector, Light spectrum Bandwidth of 2nm, wavelength range covering 325~ 1100nm.
Principle
The 723N visible spectrophotometer works based on a single beam of light Optical inspection system and an autocollimator monochromator. After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by the grating, a monochromatic light of a specific wavelength is obtained. After the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is received and converted into an electrical signal by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector. The ARM processor inside the instrument processes the signal, and finally displays the light transmitance, Absorbance or concentration value of the sample through the touch screen to complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Applications
Clinical inspection, Biochemistry, Petrochemicals, environment protection, quality control
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch of the instrument, and initialize.
2. Set the required test wavelength or scanning parameters through the touch screen.
3. Put the reference solution and the sample to be tested into the Colorimetric dish and place them in the Colorimetric dish rack.
4. Using automatic light gate technology, adjust the reference solution to 100% T or 0 Abs.
5. Put the sample to be tested, make a measurement, and the instrument will display and record the light transmitance, Absorbance or concentration value.
6. Miscellaneous functional tests such as full-band scanning and dynamic time scanning can be selected.
7. After the test is completed, the data can be printed through the built-in printer, or exported to the computer through the USB interface for further processing.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, non-vibration, non-strong electromagnetic interference, and protected from direct sunlight.
• Before use, make sure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V and the frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned before and after use, and the transparent surface should be kept clean without scratches.
• For measurement, make sure Colorimetric dish holders are properly placed and sample chamber covers are properly covered.
• When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly to maintain performance.
• When replacing the light source tungsten halogen lamp, it needs to be operated by a professional.
• When selecting UVwin8 software or Miscellaneous Colorimetric dish rack, please confirm compatibility.
