Principle
The instrument uses a proportional monitoring dual beam of light optical path system. After the light emitted by the light source is split by the monochromator, monochromatic light is formed. The beam of light is divided into the sample beam of light and the reference beam of light, which pass through the sample cell and the reference cell respectively. The Detector monitors the light intensity of the two beams of light synchronously, and eliminates the influence of light source fluctuations and other factors through proportional calculation, so as to accurately determine the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. According to the test requirements, set parameters such as wavelength through the touch screen.
3. Use the automatic adjustment function to calibrate "0%" and "100%".
4. Put the sample to be tested and the reference solution into the automatic 8-cell Colorimetric dish holder.
5. Select the desired Measurement mode (such as concentration direct reading, Light spectrum scanning, etc.) and start the test.
6. View the data through the screen, or export the data to the PC through the USB interface for further processing.
7. Optional thermal plotter for data or graph printing.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed in a stable, no strong vibration, avoid direct sunlight environment.
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 22V, frequency in the range of 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• Preheating and stabilization are required after startup to obtain the best Measurement accuracy.
• Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned before and after use to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
• When performing advanced functions such as Light spectrum scanning, please confirm that the instrument is an S model.
• Optional accessories such as thermal graphics printer or UVwin8 Light spectrum software need to be configured separately.
• The instrument comes standard with a 1cm Colorimetric dish rack, and Miscellaneous specifications need to be selected.
• Note that the light source is an imported tungsten halogen lamp, which may need to be replaced after long-term use.
• The instrument has a power-off protection function, but do not suddenly power off unless necessary.
