Overview
752G UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument of SHANGFEN brand. It adopts microprocessor control technology to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in the visible Light spectrum region. It is a multi-purpose analytical instrument commonly used in conventional laboratories.
Features
1. The holographic blazing grating monochromator has the advantages of high wavelength accuracy, good monochromaticity and low stray light.
2. Adopt backlit LCD display to avoid reading errors in pointer display.
3. Using microcomputer measurement system, T-A conversion accuracy is high, with automatic adjustment of 0% (T) and 100% (T), concentration factor setting and concentration direct reading function.
4. Adopt deuterium lamp with flange and imported socket type tungsten lamp, long service life, convenient lamp change without light.
5. Standard RS232 interface, optional serial printer and UVWin7 communication software to expand instrument functions.
6. Adopt automatic light gate technology, no need for blackbody, protect the photoelectric Sensor.
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of selective absorption of light by substances (Lambert-Beer's law). After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by the monochromator, it becomes monochromatic light and irradiates to the sample solution. Detector measures the intensity of the transmitted light, and converts the transmittance into Absorbance through the microcomputer system, so as to realize the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the substance.
Applications
Conventional laboratory qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Set the required analysis wavelength.
3. Put the reference solution into the light path and press the auto-adjust 100% (T) or 0% (T) key.
4. Put the sample to be tested into the optical path and read the Absorption (A) or Transmittance (T) value.
5. If you need direct concentration reading, you need to set the concentration factor or establish a standard Linear dispersion.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench without strong light and strong electromagnetic interference.
• It needs to be preheated for a certain period of time after startup, and then the measurement is carried out after the instrument is stable.
• Colorimetric dishes should be kept clean and avoid direct contact with hands when using.
• When replacing the light source (such as tungsten lamp, deuterium lamp), it needs to be done after the instrument is chilled down and ensure that it is installed in place.
• Colorimetric dishes should be cleaned promptly after measurement.
• When the instrument is not in use for a long time, it should be regularly powered on for maintenance.
