Overview
The 752N UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument of the SHANGFEN brand. It uses microprocessor control technology to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in the ultraviolet-visible Light spectrum region. It is an essential multi-purpose analytical instrument in conventional laboratories.

Principle
The instrument works based on the absorption characteristics of ultraviolet-visible light by a substance. After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by a monochromator (holographic blazing grating), monochromatic light of a specific wavelength is obtained. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, part of the light is absorbed, and the transmitted light is received by the Detector (imported photocell, photovoltaic cell) and converted into an electrical signal. The microprocessor system processes the signal and calculates the light transmitance (T), Absorbance (A) or concentration (C) of the sample according to Lambert-Beer's law, thus enabling qualitative or quantitative analysis.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Manually set the wavelength according to the analysis requirements.
3. Put in the reference solution and use the automatic 100% T function.
4. Put in the blank solution and use the automatic 0% T function.
5. Set concentration factor (if required).
6. Put in the sample to be tested, make a measurement and directly read the concentration, Absorbance or light transmitance data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is AC220V +/- 22V, frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz, need to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The instrument is equipped with a 1cm Colorimetric dish rack as standard, and a Colorimetric dish rack of Miscellaneous specifications can be selected as required.
• The instrument adopts automatic light gate technology, and there is no need to use a blackbody during operation.
For best performance, it is recommended that the instrument be fully preheated prior to measurement.
