Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry. The composite light emitted by the light source is separated by a monochromator (holographic blazing grating) to obtain monochromatic light of a specific wavelength. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, the substance to be tested is selectively absorbed, and the intensity of the transmitted light is weakened. The Detector (imported photocell, photovoltaic cell) converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcomputer measurement system, and finally calculates the light transmitance (T), Absorbance (A) or concentration (C) of the sample, so as to realize the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the substance.
