Overview
The N4S UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, which combines ARM processing cores with automatic wavelength technology, offers the speed and functionality of a high-quality instrument. The instrument is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples in most ultraviolet-visible Light spectrum ranges in routine laboratories.

1. Adopt a 7-inch color touch screen to achieve concise and effective human-machine interaction, and clearly display test data and scan results.
2. Equipped with USB communication port and optional UVwin8 ultraviolet spectroscopy software, it supports data graph processing, mass storage and secondary development.
3. With full-band scanning (limited to S type), sub-band scanning (limited to S type), dynamic time scanning, automatic wavelength, linear regression, concentration direct reading, peak and valley detection, timing printing and other functions.

Principle
The instrument uses a single beam of light Optical inspection system and a self-collimating monochromator. After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by the grating, monochromatic light of a specific wavelength is obtained. When the monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, it is partially absorbed, and the transmitted light is received by the imported Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector and converted into an electrical signal, which is processed by the ARM processor. Finally, the results of Absorbance, light transmitance or concentration are displayed on the touch screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up, and the instrument self-checks.
2. Set the test wavelength and parameters through the touch screen.
3. Baseline calibrate or zero the reference solution.
4. Put in the sample solution to be tested.
5. Start measurement, read or record Absorption, light transmitance or concentration data.
6. For scanning or kinetic measurement, select the corresponding function and set the parameters before running.
7. The test is completed, the data is processed and saved.
Notice
* The instrument should be placed in a stable, no strong vibration, avoid direct sunlight environment.
* Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V and frequency is 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
After starting the machine, there should be enough Warm-Up Time to ensure the stability of the light source.
* Colorimetric dishes should be kept clean and should not be touched directly by hand.
* Colorimetric dish direction is consistent during measurement and ensure that the solution is free of bubbles.
The instrument has a light source life protection function. Do not switch the machine frequently to prolong the life of the light source.
* Uses automatic light door technology without additional black body occlusion.
The instrument comes standard with a built-in thermal printer, please use printing paper that meets the specifications.
* When selecting software or Colorimetric dish holder, please confirm compatibility.
* If it is not needed for a long time, it should be turned on regularly for maintenance.
