Principle
The L5 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works based on a proportional monitoring dual-beam of light optical path system. After the composite light emitted by the light source is split by a monochromator, a monochromatic beam of light is formed. The beam of light is divided into two channels, one through the sample and the other as a reference. The system calculates the transmittance or Absorbance of the sample by comparing the light intensities of the two beams of light according to Lambert-Beer's law, so as to realize the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the substance.
