Principle
The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible absorption Light spectrum principle. Its proportional monitoring dual beam of light light path divides the light emitted by the light source into the sample beam of light and the reference beam of light, which are received by the Detector after passing through the sample cell and the reference cell respectively. The monochromator (using Czerny-Turner structure and blazing Holographic grating) distributes the composite light into monochromatic light, and performs qualitative or quantitative analysis according to Lambert-Beer's law by measuring the Absorbance or transmittance of the sample to specific wavelengths of light.
